At E&A Tools, LLC customer satisfaction is our top priority. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and warranty support for the tools and equipment we sell.

✅ Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Return is requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • Proof of purchase is provided (invoice or quote number)

🔁 Return Process

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • If approved, we’ll arrange:

    • A pickup within our delivery zone (if applicable), or

    • A drop-off option at a local return location

  • Once the item is inspected, we’ll issue a refund or exchange

💰 Refunds

  • If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 5–7 business days

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable

🛠️Warranty Support

Some tools we sell include a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty. Some manufacturers require customers to initiate warranty claims.

If your item qualifies:

  • Contact us to help determine eligibility and file the claim

  • We’ll assist with the warranty process, including:

    • Submitting documents to the supplier

    • Coordinating exchanges or replacements

  • Warranty claims may take longer to process depending on manufacturer response times

 

Note: Warranty coverage, timelines, and replacement policies are determined by the tool manufacturer, not by us.
